IEREST has been busy working on Work Package 3, which is the backbone of the project. Led by the University of Helsinki, the main idea is to define learning objectives (general and per module) and the contents of each module. In total, IEREST will offer students with four different modules: (1) before leaving, (2) during (face-to-face), (3) during (online), (4) after the stay abroad. All members of IEREST have been involved in developing activities for each module, working in cooperation with their colleagues. The first set of objectives and activities for module 1 will soon go to review with internationally known researchers and practitioners in the field of intercultural communication and education. At the end of the revision process, the Universities of Bologna, Helsinki, Leuven, Koper, and Durham will deliver module 1 (before stay abroad) in Spring 2014.
